🧄 How to Use Garlic to Support Hearing Naturally
🌿 Why Garlic?
Garlic contains allicin, a powerful anti-inflammatory and antimicrobial compound. It helps:
- Improve blood circulation (including to the ears)
- Fight ear infections
- Reduce earwax buildup
- Relieve pressure that can affect hearing
