He’s found another flying job

A pilot who was rather infamously sacked by British Airways after snorting cocaine off a woman’s chest before attempting to fly a passenger plane has found another cockpit to fly in.

You may remember the tale of Mike Beaton, a BA pilot who had been due to fly from Johannesburg, South Africa to London, but was stopped after a flight attendant expressed concerns over his condition.

Beaton admitted he’d been a ‘very naughty boy’ and was suspended, flying back to the UK as a passenger the following day.

He was made to take a drugs test upon his arrival at Heathrow Airport, and the results came back positive, which led to him being sacked.

Text messages pointed towards a wild night out he’d had in his downtime before the flight back to the UK, in which the pilot described an explicit encounter where he snorted cocaine off a woman’s chest.

“We all walk (stagger) back up to the hotel bar for ‘one last one before bed,’” Beaton had written in the text messages to a friend.

“Welsh and one of these guys is getting on very well, but she’s told him that I’m her boyfriend. Couple of drinks in the bar, bit of snogging, and then we’re somehow all on our way to this dude’s flat.

“Welsh has decided that I should actually be her boyfriend – Spanish has hooked up with one of the two local lads and is having her t**s sucked on their sofa.”

In further messages he described how he’d ended up losing his shirt when ‘one of the local lads produces a plate with a few lines of coke,’ which then led to ‘a debate about whose chest is the best to do a bump off.’

Beaton wrote how he ended up ‘snorting coke off a girl’s t*ts’ and: “Stayed the night with Welsh, shagged her for ages (I guess the coke played a part) and then was so f**ked I couldn’t even lift my head until gone 2.”

Now, the pilot is back in the skies, as LBC reported that he was now flying planes for a company called European Cargo.

Back when he was sacked, the Civil Aviation Authority (CAA) said that pilots could eventually return to the cockpit, as ‘if they wished to return to flying then a comprehensive rehabilitation programme would be put in place.’

However, they added that the pilot’s medical would ‘only be reinstated if we were completely satisfied’ with the results of the rehabilitation programme.

LADbible have contacted European Cargo for comment.

A British Airways pilot was sacked after attempting to fly home after a booze and drug-fuelled bender.

Disgraced pilot Mike Beaton was due to fly back from Johannesburg, South Africa to London, but was stopped after a stewardess expressed concerns about if he was in a good state to fly or not.

Admitting he’d been a ‘very naughty boy’, Beaton, from Devon, was suspended from flying and was flown home as a passenger the following day.

Upon his arrival at Heathrow airport, the married BA pilot was made to take a drugs test – which came back positive.

He was then sacked from British Airways as a result.

According to text messages obtained by The Sun, Beaton went on a wild night out in Johannesburg as he had some downtime before his scheduled flight back to the UK.

His night off escalated quickly, however, resulting in pilot going on a bender and snorting cocaine of someone’s breasts.

‘Very naughty’

One of the texts Beaton penned to a friend read: “We all walk (stagger) back up to the hotel bar for ‘one last one before bed’.

Some girls were said to be ‘dancing topless’ on the drink and drug-fuelled night, with Beaton going on to ‘snorting coke off a girl’s t*ts’.

“Stayed the night with Welsh, shagged her for ages (I guess the coke played a part) and then was so f**ked I couldn’t even lift my head until gone 2,” he continued to brag.

As a result of Beaton being unfit to fly, the flight he was supposed to be manning from Johannesburg to London was delayed until British Airways found someone to fill in for him.

In a comment to LADbible, British Airways said: “Safety is always our top priority. The matter was referred to the CAA and this individual no longer works for us.”

A UK Civil Aviation Authority spokesperson said: “An airline must immediately inform us if a UK pilot has misused drink or drugs boarding, or being on board, an aircraft. In these cases we would immediately suspend the pilot’s medical which means they cannot fly. In most cases the pilot would have an assessment with an expert medical team and if they wished to return to flying then a comprehensive rehabilitation programme would be put in place. At the end of that process the medical would only be reinstated if we were completely satisfied.”

Miss Swimsuit UK contestant jailed for starting cocaine empire in Derbyshire

The couple grew a huge drugs empire in Derbyshire.

A Miss Swimsuit UK contestant has been arrested for seven years and three months after building a cocaine empire worth hundreds of thousands pounds in a Derbyshire town.

Melissa Mikosz, 32, and Thomas Carlisle, 28, were able to splash the cash on a millionaire lifestyle, which included £2,000 on a Christmas present for her son.

Derby Crown Court heard that a retail enterprise of 4.3kg of cocaine was supplied to users in Shirebrook in Mansfield, Derbyshire between 2018 and 2020.

Mikosz’s boyfriend Thomas Carlisle was jailed for 11 years and three months after also enlisting the help of his other girlfriend Georgia Vincent, 23, to launder the money.

The cocaine and weapons were stored in Shirebrook which Mikosz resided in with Carlisle and her young son.

Prosecutor Jonathan Cox told Derby Crown Court that they often ran out of drugs, with 18 deals closed on some days.

It is a dramatic fall in grace for Mikosz, who appeared in Miss Swimwear UK three years ago and was applauded for taking part after revealing her battle with Crohn’s disease.

In quotes published by the MailOnline, she said at the time: “I think the competitions are all about empowering women and it doesn’t matter who you are, how old you are or where you come from, we all work together to empower more women to do the same.

“It would mean the world to me to win the competition and to represent the area.”

But that is now a distant memory for the 32-year-old, who was sentenced to seven years in prison for conspiracy to supply cocaine and money laundering.

Carlisle was charged with conspiracy to supply class A drugs and converting criminal property, which led to his charge of 11 years and three months.

Meanwhile, Justin Woodham, 37, Adam Betts, 33, and Adrian Mohammed, 34, all assisted in the drug operation and were also jailed.

Vincent was also said to become more involved in the operation and was jailed for a period of four years.

Commenting after the case, Detective Constable Holloway said: “The damage that drugs and drug-related crimes cause should not be underestimated.

“It does not stop with the substance user but extends well beyond to their families and local communities.

“I hope that these sentences show that there are very real consequences for those who choose to deal drugs in Derbyshire and that we will do everything in our power to disrupt your activity.

“We will arrest you, charge you, and put you before the court to answer for the harm you do.”

Footage shows the moment a passenger had to be restrained after trying to open a plane door during a flight.

Zadar Police Department said the man was a 27-year-old Brit, who was accused of ‘disrupting public order and peace in a particularly brazen and indecent manner’ at Zadar Airport in Zemunik Donji, Croatia, on Friday 30 June.

Ryanair said the flight that was due to travel to London Stansted from Zadar ‘returned to stand’ after a passenger became ‘disruptive while preparing for take-off’.

They were removed by local police between the flight continued ‘safely’ to Stansted.

According to one passenger, many people on the Ryanair flight had been at Hideout Festival, which was held in Zrce, on the island of Pag, between 25 and 29 June.

“Lad wanted to open the door mid flight, going from Hideout Festival, Croatia,” TikToker @vibs1.0 said as they posted the footage – although it is not known who originally shared the video.

BNN reports the man was later identified as a professional boxer, but he has not yet been named.

Zadar Police Department said the passenger was arrested at the scene and, following an investigation, was taken to the Criminal Misdemeanor Department of the Municipal Court in Zadar.

In a statement automatically translated to English, the force said: “The police officers of the Zadar Police Department have completed the criminal investigation against a 27-year-old citizen of Great Britain on suspicion of having committed the crime of coercion against an official and a misdemeanor from Art. 6 of the Act on offenses against public order and peace.”

It continued: “During the police’s treatment of him, the 27-year-old suspect offered active resistance all the time, which he continued in the further course of the police’s treatment, that is, during the investigation before the competent court, for which coercion was used against him.

“Due to his distracted state, he was then sent from the court to the hospital and physically attacked police officers in the official vehicle, as well as in the hospital premises, and tried to injure himself. As a result of the above, a police officer was injured and received minor physical injuries.”

The police department added: “After the completion of the criminal investigation, the suspected 27-year-old citizen of Great Britain was last night handed over to the custody supervisor of the Zadar Police Department with a criminal report on suspicion of committing the crime of Force on an official person, which was submitted to the competent state attorney’s office in Zadar.”

A spokesperson for Ryanair told LADbible: “This flight from Zadar to London Stansted (30 June) returned to stand when an individual passenger became disruptive while preparing for take-off. The passenger was removed from the aircraft by local police before this flight continued safely to London Stansted.

“This is now a matter for local police. We sincerely apologise to affected passengers for any inconvenience caused as a result of this passenger’s disruptive behaviour.”
